Children's Right Policy

Children are the entrusted future of our society. Recognizing them as individuals, respecting their rights, and protecting them from all forms of psychological, physical, commercial, and other exploitation is our primary responsibility.

To ensure this, we:

- Do not allow child labor in our own institutions and expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.

- Provide environments and opportunities within our operations that support children's development, where they can freely express their thoughts, wishes, and feelings, and feel safe and comfortable.

Train our employees to prevent and recognize child abuse.

Ensure that children participating in activities are always under adult supervision.

Organize awareness-raising training and support relevant projects for the protection of children's rights.

Report any suspicious behavior concerning children primarily to hotel management and, when necessary, seek assistance from official authorities.
